Therefore, we offer our clients these guarantees: Sellers - If you are dissatisfied with the service we give you, you may cancel our Listing Agreement with absolutely no obligation, or we will sell your home for free (we will return our portion of the commission to you at closing). Buyers - If you are ever dissatisfied with our service you may cancel our Buyers Agreement anytime with absolutely no obligation. Plus, a buyer client will never be asked to pay any of our commission: If we find a For Sale By Owner that you want to purchase, and the sellers will not pay our commission, we will represent you in the purchase of that home for free.
